With over a decade of experience in product management, Bhavin Shah brings deep expertise at the intersection of AI, product leadership, and customer-centric innovation. In his most recent role at Credit Karma, Shah pioneered GenAI-driven digital financial assistant, a testament to his commitment to revolutionize fintech with AI. He also led Credit Karma’s Recommendations & AI group, overseeing $100M+ in annual revenue impact while working with 40+ data scientists and 100+ engineers powering personalized experiences across the platform.
Shah's track record of delivering high-impact, AI-first products at scale is vital to how we drive our AI roadmap forward—one that integrates AI into every step of the GRC journey to enhance speed, precision, and trust.
His strategic approach is underpinned by a blend of customer insights, rapid experimentation, and market data that has been instrumental in delivering cutting-edge products. Data analytics and AI are the cornerstones of Shah's work, ensuring products not only meet but exceed industry standards for quality, fairness, and user engagement.
